About Us
The founding President of CARLOS PAWNSHOP, INC., Milagros Osero Carlos, first thought of venturing into Pawnshop business while assisting in the Drugstore owned by her husband’s family. While doing so, she took notice of customers who would offer their jewelry or anything of value in exchange for medicines they needed in time of emergency. This was the human drama she helplessly watched everyday. She then invited her sister-in-law, Pilar R. Carlos, now Vice President of Quickloan Pawnshop INC to join her in her new venture.
